At the Technorama ticket desk, the card is turned into a personal annual pass.

You'll receive a festive gift voucher as a PDF with a QR code – to print out or to send straight to the lucky recipient by email.

How long is the voucher valid?
Our vouchers have no expiry date.
How do I activate a gift card?
Scan the QR code on the card with your phone. Choose an annual pass or admissions and pay with TWINT (or card). The card is then valid immediately – you can pass it on as a gift straight away.
How is the annual pass issued?
The recipient shows the card or the QR code at the Technorama ticket desk. A personal annual pass with photo is then created on site.
Can I load several vouchers onto one card?
Yes. A card can hold several admissions or annual passes and can also be topped up several times. At the ticket desk, the vouchers can be redeemed individually.
I didn't receive the email.
Please check your spam folder. You can access the voucher at any time via the link in the confirmation or the QR code on the card. Otherwise, our team is happy to help (info@technorama.ch).
Can I return the voucher?
Please contact our team at info@technorama.ch. Vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be refunded.
